Discover the quintessential highlights of Sydney on this three night land program. Travel to the Blue Mountains, an awe-inspiring rock formation with deep valleys and cascading waterfalls before venturing to Australia's world-famous Bondi beach. Enjoy Australia's beauty with panoramic views that stretch on for as far as the eye can see. A tour of Sydney would not be complete without a stop at the legendary Sydney Opera House.
Day 1- ARRIVE SYDNEY
Upon arrival at the Sydney Airport a local Silversea representative greets and transfers you to the Hotel, where you will be staying for three nights.
The rest of the day and evening is at leisure for you to explore Sydney or relax after your long flight. Dinner is also on your own this evening.
Overnight at the Langham Sydney
The standard check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 PM. If your flight arrives very early in the morning, please inquire about rates to guarantee your room for immediate occupancy upon arrival.
Day 2- SYDNEY
After breakfast at the hotel meet your guide and travel by coach west to the Blue Mountains-an awesome Grand Canyon-like rock formation among deep valleys and cascading waterfalls. The Blue Mountains are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an area of breathtaking views, rugged tablelands, sheer cliffs and deep, inaccessible valleys covering more than 2.5 million acres. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and relax as you marvel at a majestic landscape of waterfalls and awe-inspiring sandstone escarpments.
Then visit Scenic World where you will be provided an Ultimate Discovery Pass which you can use to ride the skyway, cableway, and railway, and stroll the 2.4km Scenic Walkway. Take in the spectacular mountain views. See the famous rock formation known as the Three Sisters and enjoy the splendid panoramic views of the Jamieson Valley, Mount Solitary and the Ruined Castle.
Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant boasting unrivalled views over the spectacular mountains. This quaint property lends an old-world charm to your dining experience.
En route back to Sydney, visit Featherdale Wildlife Park. This amazing park contains a variety of Australian wildlife including kangaroos, koalas, wallabies, reptiles, Tasmanian devils, wombats and various species of Australian birds. You'll have an opportunity to get up close to the friendly kangaroos and a see Australia's iconic, cuddly koalas. You will have free time here to relax and reflect on your day's sightseeing adventure before returning to your hotel where dinner will be provided.

Day 3- SYDNEY
Breakfast is provided this morning at the hotel. Your tour continues as you set off on an excursion that showcases the beauty and brave heritage surrounding Australia's world-famous Bondi Beach. Just 25 minutes from the heart of Sydney, this stretch of golden sand is immensely popular and equally breath-taking. Enjoy a guided stroll along a stretch that offers spectacular panoramas facing both north and south and snap keepsake photos from scenic viewpoints.
After working up an appetite make your way to the famous Icebergs Restaurant, a local culinary legend. Sit down and enjoy lunch with sensational views of the coastline. After lunch, walk to the nearby Bondi Lifesaving Club for a guided tour of this Aussie institution. Immerse yourself in the history of the club and the heroics of the men and women who protect beachgoers and surfers each year. Witness a lifesaving demonstration and end your visit with a photo alongside a famous Bondi Lifesaver.
Afterwards, board your coach and drive to the Sydney Opera House to enjoy a guided tour of this 20th century masterpiece. Afterwards you will be transferred to your accommodation. Dinner tonight is at the hotel.
Overnight at the Langham Sydney
Day 4- SYDNEY
After breakfast this morning, check out of the hotel where you will meet your guide for a final tour before embarking on your cruise.
Visit Sydney Tower for a birds-eye view over Sydney. From here we head to The Rocks, which is Sydney's oldest village and perfect spot for a short walking tour. This historic enclave is nestled in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and depicts the heritage of two centuries along its narrow twisting streets. See a splendid mix of Victorian-era buildings alongside modern-day structures.
You'll have some free time before being transported to the pier to board your Silversea cruise.
