S.A.L.T. stretches further than just your taste buds. S.A.L.T. Lab is our interactive cooking laboratory that allows you to get hands-on experiences of local recipes in a professional kitchen. Experience small-group cooking sessions where you will not only learn how to cook the recipe, but you will also understand the food heritage of each ingredient. And yet still S.A.L.T. goes even further! Lectures and live cooking demonstrations take place regularly in our Venetian Lounge, allowing larger groups of guests to see how deep the connection between food and destination really is.

With one seating nightly and a thoughtfully choreographed menu of refined but unpretentious cooking, Chef’s Table is less a formal restaurant and more a welcoming gathering of culinary enthusiasts eager to share their passion in an engaging one-to-one setting.
