BEST FARE GUARANTEE

Silversea’s Cruise Fare Guarantee Policy (“Fare Policy”) provides Passengers the ability to book with confidence. If a Passenger finds a lower fare price on any Silversea-owned channel (i.e., branded website or call center) (the “Channels”) for the same fare type, voyage (i.e., ship and sail date) and suite category booked, the Passenger can make a request (“Request”) for Silversea to re-price their booking to the current fare price, inclusive of any applicable promotion(s), available on the Channels (“Repriced Fare”), up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Silversea will apply the Repriced Fare to the Passenger’s booking, and if the Passenger has paid in full, a refund will be issued.

For any Request made after final payment due date where the Repriced Fare of a higher category suite is no more than the rate of the Passenger’s confirmed booking, the Passenger may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to the next highest suite category, subject to availability.

The Repriced Fare applicable to any Request will be the price listed for the applicable fare type, voyage and suite category on the Channels at the time the Request is approved and processed by Silversea, inclusive of any applicable promotion(s).

This Fare Policy applies only to the fare portion of the booking and excludes any ancillary products purchased through Silversea, including but not limited to business class promotional air, hotel upgrades, shore excursions, travel insurance protection, and pre- and post-voyage land programs.

Silversea reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these terms and/or cancel the Fare Policy at any time without notice.
