Imagine two full days in Florence to explore or re-discover "La Dolce Vita" or to walk in the footsteps of some of history's most famous citizens. Stand before the treasures of the Uffizi Gallery, admire the perfection of Michelangelo's David, stop and shop at the Florence Leather School in the shadow of the Basilica of Santa Croce, or wander the small pedestrian-only streets in search of the finest, locally crafted handmade paper.

Day 1 - CIVITAVECCHIA / FLORENCE
As you disembark in Civitavecchia, the local Silversea representative will be on hand to direct you to your transportation to the train station in Rome. Make yourself comfortable in the First Class section for the short, fast ride to Florence.
You are met upon arriving in Florence and transferred to the Bernini Palace Hotel for check-in. The balance of the day is at your leisure. Your hotel is located just a short walk from the grand Piazza della Signoria. Whether this is your first visit or you've been here many times, it's always a pleasure to stroll pass the Duomo, savor a gelato from Vivoli or linger in front of the works of Renaissance Masters at the Uffizi. Lunch and dinner are provided at the hotel today.

Day 2 - FLORENCE
Breakfast is served this morning at the hotel. If you'd like assistance planning your day, the hotel's Concierge or the local Silversea representative will be happy to assist.
Today might be a good day to explore some of the city's lesser known treasures such as Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, where sculptures that once stood in the Duomo and Baptistery are exhibited, or head south of the Arno to the Rose Garden. Lunch and dinner are provided at the hotel.

Day 3 - DEPART FLORENCE
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the Florence airport for your flight.

Accessibility:
The availability of handicapped rooms at the Bernini Palace is very limited. Likewise, for the train portion of this program, if mobility limitations are a concern, or if a guest requires specialized vehicles for transportation, they must advise Silversea no less than 60 days prior to sailing.

All Land Programs require a minimum number of participants in order to operate as described. If this minimum number is not obtained, Silversea reserves the right to offer the program at a different rate based on private arrangements, or to cancel a specific departure.
Gratuities to guides/drivers, meals and alcoholic drinks other than those noted in itinerary, and other personal expenses are not included in the price of this tour. This program is subject to a 100% penalty for any cancellation notices received 90 days or less prior to sailing.
