S.A.L.T Sustainable Fishing at Orbetello Lagoon with Lunch

Your Host - Marco Leporatti Persiano

Marco Leporatti Persiano was born and raised in Orbetello, he has always been interested in environmental protection and environmental sustainability.

He graduated in Natural Sciences (Environmental and Nature Technology Sciences) at the University of Pisa.

After gaining a little experience at the "Natural History Museum" in London and then returned to Italy in 2014 where he immediately started working on the Orbetello lagoon.

He began his career as an assistant to the Senior biologist and in 2018 he was directly appointed by Cooperative Pescatori Orbetello as a technician responsible for environmental monitoring to respond to the requests of the Tuscany Region.
