The purpose of the Event Planning Checklist is to provide you with a list of items to assist throughout the planning process. The Checklist may also encourage dialogue about unforeseen needs. This document and the feedback you provide throughout the planning process will be used to prepare the “Event Order”. The Event Order is prepared by your Account Manager and includes a detailed description of your event needs. The Hotel Director and crew on the vessel will use the Event Order to fulfill and manage your event agenda and needs on site.

The "My Silversea" personal log-in area is now available at silversea.com (www.my.silversea.com). The system enables Silversea guests to conveniently create or update their profile and preferences, arrange activities prior to a reserved voyage, and access a host of additional features. For instance, starting at 120 days prior to the voyage and up to 7 days prior to the voyage, specialty restaurant dinner reservations can be requested, along with optional shore excursions, beauty, spa and fitness services. Members of the Venetian Society, Silversea's past guest loyalty club, can keep track of their past voyage history by logging into "My Silversea."
