DAY 1 - ARRIVE ANCHORAGE
On arrival at Anchorage International Airport you are met by the local Silversea Cruises representative and transferred to the hotel. If your flight is scheduled to arrive in the morning or early afternoon, please be aware that the hotel's official check-in time is 3:00 p.m. You might wish to consider reserving an additional night to insure immediate occupancy upon arrival.
Embraced by six mountain ranges and warmed by a maritime climate, Anchorage is alive year round with adventure, recreation, seasonal festivities, and sporting events - a modern city surrounded by spectacular wilderness. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense.

DAY 2 - ANCHORAGE / ALYESKA
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a brief Anchorage city tour before your visit to the recently remodeled Anchorage Museum, dedicated to studying and exploring the land, peoples, art, and history of Alaska.
Stop en-route in Big Lake at an Iditarod Sled Dog Kennel and learn about the Last Great Race from Martin Buser's who has been training and raising champion sled dogs since he came to Alaska in 1979.
A Boxed lunch is provided this afternoon as you continue along the Turnagain Arm onto the Hotel Alyeska located near the charming village of Girdwood. Breathe in the fresh, clean air and maybe catch a glimpse of local wildlife in a walk around the expansive property. A scenic tram ride to the top of Mt. Alyeska is also included this afternoon. Dinner is on your own.

DAY 3 - ALYESKA
Today, following breakfast this morning at the hotel, your day begins with a visit to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Alaska's orphaned or injured wildlife. Get up close with several animals like the Wood Bison, black & brown bears, coyotes, foxes, and the newest baby moose calf that call the sanctuary home.
Travel thru North America's longest vehicle tunnel to the town of Whittier. Enjoy a day cruise in breathtaking Prince William sound to experience sheer cliff walls and tumbling waterfalls before returning to the Hotel Alyeska. Lunch is provided while on the cruise.

DAY 4 - ALYESKA / SEWARD
After breakfast and checking-out of the hotel your last day takes you to the Port Community of Seward for a visit to the Alaska Sealife Center. This non-profit organization is one of the only centers in the world that has both a public aquarium and fully supported research facility. Your day concludes with a transfer to the Seward pier, where the staff and crew are looking forward to welcoming you aboard.

Mosquitoes are at their worst during peak season June, July, and August. If you plan on traveling into the backcountry or in wooded areas make sure to take bug spray along with long sleeved pants and shirts.
This tour is accessible to all guests. Those with mobility impairment(s) may find sites where uneven ground makes certain locations unsuitable for wheelchairs.
The operator reserves the right to alter the order of visits to accommodate local hours and days of operation.
All Land Programs require a minimum number of participants in order to operate as described. If this minimum number is not obtained, Silversea reserves the right to offer the program at a different rate based on private arrangements, or to cancel a specific departure.
