Day 1 - Arrive in Venice and start your tour with a Prosecco tour in Conegliano area. Experience the spectacular beauty and flavors of the Prosecco Hills during this scenic winery excursion and tasting, with visit of a local underground cellar. After lunch, short visit of Asolo centre, a world famous borgo located close by. Welcome Dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 - Romagna region is renowned for its unique tradition of Pasta and flavorful wines like Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Malvasia and many others. In the heart of the city, you will experience a Pasta making lesson. A local female pasta master (traditionally called Sfoglina) will introduce you to the secrets of the real handmade pasta and teach you how to create the best "Cappelletti" and "Tagliatelle", together with the Bolognese Sauce and the thin Italian flatbread called the Piadina; the best selection of regional wines will be served throughout the experience. In the afternoon, visit of Bologna; this is the only city in the world with 33Km of Porticoes and it hosts the oldest University in Europe.
Day 3 - Transfer to the borgo of Dozza to start your visit of this medieval village located on a hilltop, where you can admire paintings by Italian and foreign artists who come every two years to take part in Dozza's International Mural Competition. It's a real open-air museum, where Art becomes urban landscape through the decoration of houses' walls, streets and squares. Arrive at a local wine cellar for a guided tour, and a tasting of red and white wines accompanied by local delicacies. In the afternoon, visit of Faenza: this city of Roman origins is renowned for its production of exquisite pottery that has been exported all over Europe through the centuries. Head then to a Ceramics Workshop to observe the ceramic production process by skilled artisans and admire various handmade ceramic works. Afterward, your tour continues with a visit to Brisighella's town center, with a brief stroll through the medieval streets and an olive oil tasting accompanied by a light buffet of traditional local specialties. Dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant in Bologna center.
Day 4 - Today head to Maranello to visit the Ferrari Museum. The Museum is divided into four areas, each capable of satisfying the expectations of competition fans and those passionate about classic cars. Once the visit of the Museum is finished, head to Modena surroundings to visit an "Acetaia", to understand and taste the local world famous production of balsamic vinegar. After lunch, head to the city of Modena for a short walk in the historical center, rich in culture and history with its fantastic buildings and museums. Proceed then to the home museum of Luciano Pavarotti. With the aim of keeping alive the professional and human legacy of the world beloved Maestro, the Pavarotti Foundation created a sort of permanent monument to his memory, turning into a museum the villa where he spent the last years of his life. Dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant in Bologna center.
Day 5 - After breakfast, transfer to Milan airport for your onward journey.
