All published World Cruise and Grand Voyage fares are subject to the following supplemental terms and conditions, which apply in conjunction with the Cruise Ticket Contract or Booking Conditions applicable to each guest’s booking, based on their country of residence.
Single supplements apply, may vary by category, and are subject to change.
To reserve a suite on the full World Cruise, full Grand Voyage or any World Cruise or Grand Voyage segment, a 25% deposit of the total fare is required to be paid at the time of booking.
Deposits must be received within seven days of booking or sooner, depending on time of booking. Final payment must be received by Silversea 180 days prior to cruise departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, final payment must be received within 48 hours of booking.
For bookings made by guests who reside in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, the following payment schedule applies:
20% of the total fare must be paid at the time of booking
50% of the total fare must be paid 150 days prior to sailing
75% of the total fare must be paid 120 days prior to sailing
90% of the total fare must be paid 90 days prior to sailing
The remaining final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to sailing.
Silversea reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid at the time final payment is due.
All fare types for Grand Voyages and World Voyages offered by Silversea Cruises include a refundable deposit structure. Guests may cancel their booking within the applicable cancellation window and receive a refund of the deposit amount, subject to the cancellation terms outlined below:

If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or any component thereof, you or your travel professional are required to contact the Silversea Reservations Department by telephone as well as submit your cancellation in writing.
Guests booked on the full World Cruise (all segments) or full Grand Voyage who elect to cancel any portion of their itinerary will have their entire booking canceled. Rebooking on revised segment(s) will be subject to space availability at the time of change and prevailing fare conditions. Guests originally booked in Silver Suites or higher who cancel any portion of the full World Cruise or Grand Voyage will forfeit their suite assignment.
**In the event of a cancellation, the Admin Fee paid will be converted into a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) of equivalent value and currency. The FCC certificate will be issued within fifteen (15) days from the date of cancellation.
The FCC will remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance. Bookings made using the FCC must be confirmed prior to the expiration date, and the corresponding voyage must commence no later than one (1) year following the FCC’s expiration.
The FCC is non-refundable and must be presented to your travel advisor and/or a Silversea reservations agent prior to confirming a new booking. FCCs will not be accepted onboard and must be redeemed in advance of embarkation.
FCCs may be applied toward the cruise fare and eligible non-cruise components, including but not limited to air upgrades, land programs, hotel accommodations, and transfers, for new bookings made on or after the FCC’s issue date. FCCs hold no cash value and will be forfeited if not redeemed before the expiration date.
FCCs are issued in the name(s) of the original guest(s) and are non-transferable, except in a one-time instance where the original holder provides a notarized letter authorizing the transfer to a named friend or relative.
FCCs may be applied to any mutually agreed sailing aboard a vessel owned or operated by Silversea (excluding chartered sailings), subject to availability at the time of booking. All suite categories and pricing promotions are eligible, with the exception of incentive groups and chartered voyages.
Guests remain responsible for all applicable deposits, taxes, fees, port expenses, gratuities, and any other charges associated with the new booking. Multiple FCCs may be combined and applied to a single booking. If the FCC is applied to a booking of lesser value, the remaining balance may be used toward additional new bookings, subject to the same terms and conditions.
Once an FCC is applied to a booking, it is considered redeemed and cannot be reused. All bookings made using an FCC are subject to the prevailing rates, cancellation fees, brochure terms and conditions, and the terms of the Silversea Passage Contract in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
In the event of a cancellation of a booking made with an FCC, the value of the FCC will be governed by Silversea’s standard cancellation policy.
Silversea reserves the right to allocate suites or suite categories to specific segment combinations. As a result, not all suite types may be available for individual segments or customized segment groupings. Any changes to the original booking are subject to applicable cancellation penalties.
Silversea’s Fare Guarantee Policy applies to all Grand Voyage and World Cruise bookings. Terms and conditions of the Fare Guarantee Policy may vary and are subject to verification and approval by Silversea.
All fares include the cruise fare, onboard services, and a Shore Excursion Credit. Onboard services may encompass dining, entertainment, and select amenities as defined by Silversea’s service standards. The Shore Excursion Credit is applicable toward eligible excursions offered by Silversea and may vary by itinerary and destination.
