Silversea Luxury Cruises A HONG KONG

HONG KONG

The Hong Kong Island skyline, with its ever-growing number of skyscrapers, speaks to ambition and money. Paris, London, even New York were centuries in the making, while Hong Kong's towers, bright lights, and glitzy shopping emporia weren't yet part of the urban scene when many of the young investment bankers who fuel one of the world's leading financial centers were born. Commerce is concentrated in the glittering high-rises of Central, tucked between Victoria Harbor and forested peaks on Hong Kong Island's north shore. View more

While it's easy to think all the bright lights are the sum of today's Hong Kong, you need only walk or board a tram for the short jaunt west into Western to discover a side of Hong Kong that is more traditionally Chinese but no less high-energy. You'll discover the real Hong Kong to the east of Central, too, in Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, and beyond. Amid the residential towers are restaurants, shopping malls, bars, convention centers, a nice smattering of museums, and—depending on fate and the horse you wager on—one of Hong Kong's luckiest or unluckiest spots, the Happy Valley Racecourse. Kowloon sprawls across a generous swath of the Chinese mainland across Victoria Harbour from Central. Tsim Sha Tsui, at the tip of Kowloon peninsula, is packed with glitzy shops, first-rate museums, and eye-popping views of the skyline across the water. Just to the north are the teeming market streets of Mong Kok and in the dense residential neighborhoods beyond, two of Hong Kong's most enchanting spiritual sights, Wong Tai Sin Temple and Chi Lin Nunnery. As you navigate this huge metropolis (easy to do on the excellent transportation network), keep in mind that streets are usually numbered odd on one side, even on the other. There's no baseline for street numbers and no block-based numbering system, but street signs indicate building numbers for any given block.

For In-transit Guests - Highlights of Hong Kong

Explore some of Hong Kong's most popular historic landmarks during this half-day orientation tour of the city.

Depart the pier for the drive across the harbour via the sub-ocean tunnel, and on to Hong Kong Island. Your scenic orientation tour begins with a visit to Victoria Peak.

Victoria Peak

From Garden Road, a tram takes you for the five-minute ride uphill to the 1,300-foot (396-metre) Victoria Peak. After taking in spectacular views and photo opportunities of Hong Kong and Kowloon, board a coach for the drive downhill. Next, your drive continues on to Aberdeen via Deep Water Bay.

Aberdeen

Upon arrival, a sampan boat ride provides a fascinating look at this floating settlement. As you glide along the city's oldest harbour, your cruise takes you past houseboats, fishing sampans and floating restaurants. At the end of the cruise, re-board your coach for the ride to the Stanley Market via Repulse Bay.

Stanley Market

Once a fishing village, Stanley Market has earned a reputation as a paradise for bargain hunters as well as for its interesting scenery. The narrow lanes are lined with small shops selling the latest in fashion clothing, such as overruns of designer jeans and sportswear, leather and silk clothing in Western sizes. In addition, a good selection of souvenir items can be found here.

During your visit, you can stroll around the market and perhaps make a few purchases. Serious shoppers will want to return and explore the market at their leisure.

Leaving Stanley Market, your tour concludes with a brief drive back to the port.

Please note: This tour, available only to guests continuing on from the previous cruise, a moderate amount of walking, with some stairs to climb and guests must be able to embark and disembark the coach and boat via steps. This tour is not suitable for guests who utilise a wheelchair. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

For In-transit Guests - Lantau Island & Monastery

Experience the scenic beauty and most renowned destinations of Hong Kong's largest outlying island during this day trip to Lantau Island. Depart the port for the scenic drive via coach to Lantau Island.

Tai O Fishing Village

This fishing village, renowned for the stilt houses built by the river's shore, was the centre of Hong Kong's salt-panning industry for 100 years.

Po Lin Monastery

Your tour continues on through beautiful mountain scenery en route to the Po Lin Monastery, the principal centre of Buddhism in Hong Kong. The monastery houses the world's tallest outdoor seated bronze Buddha statue, the Tian Tan Buddha. This imposing statue of Buddha weighs over 250 tonnes (227,000 kilos), and is more than 100 feet high (34 metres).

After a vegetarian lunch served at the monastery, return to Tung Chung town via cable car. Should the cable car be out of service, the 3.5-mile (5.6-kilometre) drive to Tung Chung will be by bus.

Upon arrival at Tung Chung, re-board your coach for the return drive to the port.

Explore the splendid local landmarks, markets and sights of Hong Kong during a panoramic, half-day excursion to this bustling city.

Victoria Peak

Depart the pier for the scenic, approximately one-hour drive to Victoria Peak. Also named Tai Ping Shan, or 'Mountain of Great Piece', Victoria Peak is visited by millions of tourists and locals every year, mainly for the breath-taking panoramic views of the city and harbour, but also because of the numerous interesting walks that begin here. After your photo stop, re-board your coach and head to the Tin Hau Temple.

Tin Hau Temple

Tin Hau, which means 'Goddess of the Sea', is revered by fishermen and anyone whose life and destiny is tied to the sea. Temples that honour her are found in abundance in Chinese coastal communities throughout Asia, and Hong Kong is no exception. The location of this particular temple in the middle of an urban area might strike you as rather odd, but you can learn why during a guided walking tour. Leaving the Tin Hau Temple, proceed on-foot to the nearby Wet Food Market.

Wet Food Market and Jade Market

These markets are windows into a vivid and timeless world of food shopping that refuses to be extinguished by modern supermarkets. Of all the wet markets in the city, this one abounds with bustling stalls selling fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood. During your visit, experience the sights and sounds of this lively, old-school market in full swing. Afterward, continue on-foot to the renowned Jade Market. Here, hawkers sell various shades and qualities of this precious stone. To the Chinese, jade has great spiritual value for warding off evil. When carved into certain shapes, it can represent wealth (deer), good fortune (tiger) and power (dragon). Guests are reminded not to purchase expensive jade unless accompanied by an expert. Following your visit, re-board your coach and commence the short drive back to the pier.

Please note: This tour involves a moderate amount of walking for approximately 0.6 miles (about one kilometre), with a few high steps to negotiate to get on/off the coach. Tang Chung Ling Ancestral Hall

Originally constructed in 1570 and rebuilt in the 18th century, this superb building is also a Historical Monument. The hall's elegant style and splendid décor include exquisite woodcarvings, mouldings and murals of auspicious motifs that reflect the superb craftsmanship of ancient times.

DAY 3 - GUILIN

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting out for a scenic cruise on the renowned Li River. Have your camera ready for photos of the uniquely shaped limestone peaks, verdant bamboo groves, and idyllic views along the way. The portion of the river you see has been called a "one-hundred-mile natural art gallery." A buffet lunch is served onboard the cruise.

Disembark the vessel at Yangshuo and spend some time enjoying the scenic and quiet countryside. This glimpse of Southern China's country life shows you the flora, fauna, rice paddies and small bridges which are rarely visited by tourists.

From this idyllic setting, board your transportation for a closer look at country life. The fields, the water buffalos, the zigzag lanes and the fresh air allow you escape from the noisy metropolis. Your visit includes a stop at the Yulong River Scenic Area. The Chinese word 'Yulong' refers to 'meeting a dragon'. Local legend has it that a dragon from the East Sea strolled across the Yulong River and, being deeply impressed by the attractive landscape, decided to stay there forever. The villagers living on the river bank saw the dragon several times, and hence the river is so named. The languid river is surrounded by a primitive, but pure, natural landscape, combined with green bamboo forests and rolling hills.

Return to the hotel at the end of the afternoon. Take a moment to freshen up before dinner at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel at the end of your meal for a well-deserved nights rest.

Overnight at the Shangri-La Hotel - Guilin, China

DAY 4 - GUILIN / HONG KONG

Following breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel and start for the airport with a few interesting sites enroute. First stop is Reed Flute Cave, named after the stand of bamboo near its entrance that were used to craft flutes. Inside the cave there are more than 70 inscriptions written in ink, which date back as far as 792 AD in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). These ancient inscriptions tell us that the cave has been an attraction in Guilin for over 1,200 years.

Your next stop is at Elephant Trunk Hill, located at the confluence of the Li River and Peach Blossom River. It looks like a huge elephant stretching its trunk and drinking water, hence the name. Elephant Trunk Hill is considered by many to be the symbol of Guilin and its karst landscape.

At the end of your tour, stop for lunch at a local restaurant before bidding farewell to Guilin and checking in for the flight to Hong Kong. Once there, return to the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. Dinner is on your own account.

Experience the highlights of fascinating Beijing, the legendary Great Wall and the famous Terra Cotta Warriors of Xian during this four-day overland excursion. After flying from Hong Kong to Beijing, discover the major attractions of China's bustling capital city. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before taking a guided walking tour of the Forbidden City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the famous Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world and site of numerous historic events.

DAY ONE -Hong Kong/Beijing/Forbidden City

Depart the ship and transfer to the Hong Kong airport for a scheduled flight to Beijing. Upon arrival in the capital of the People's Republic of China, proceed to the waiting coach and start your sightseeing program as you head to central Beijing, where some of the city's premier attractions are located. A buffet lunch will be provided at a leading hotel en route.

Next, proceed to the Forbidden City for an extensive walking tour. Off-limits to the public for 500 years, the vast complex was opened in 1949 as the Palace Museum. Within its walls lies a maze of palaces built between 1417 and 1420 as the residence of China's emperors. With some 800 buildings and 9,000 rooms, maintenance and restoration are an ongoing process.

Leaving the Forbidden City, head to famous Tiananmen Square. Meaning "Gate of Heavenly Peace," the square is overwhelming by its sheer size. Since imperial times, Beijing's national symbol has always provided an impressive stage for declarations and key events in Chinese history. In modern times, the solemn flag-raising ceremony has become a revered daily celebration under the watchful eyes of the gigantic portrait of Chairman Mao. It was from the giant gate that the People's Republic was declared on October 1, 1949.

Back on the coach, drive to the Four Seasons Hotel for check-in. Beating to the pulse of China's cultural heart, Four Seasons Hotel Beijing showcases a landmark residence from which to connect to the prestige and vitality of this compelling capital city. This evening enjoy a dine-around program in one of the hotel's three restaurants: set menu Chinese dinner at Cai Yi Xuan, set menu Western cuisine at the Opus Restaurant, or set menu Western cuisine at the Mio Restaurant.

Overnight at the Four Seasons Hotel - Beijing.

DAY TWO -The Great Wall/Ming Tombs

After breakfast, depart the hotel and take a drive out of the city for a visit of the Great Wall of China. After about two hours, you will reach the Badaling section of what has justifiably been declared one of the 'New Seven Wonders of the World'. With portions dating back nearly 2,000 years and an overall length of some 3,000 miles (4,828 kilometres), this spectacular structure remains a testament to the strength and perseverance of the Chinese people. At first sight, you will be struck by its breathtakingly scenic location, with forests covering much of the area. The roundtrip cable car service (weather permitting) provides a leisurely and less strenuous way to take in the stunning scenery and the beauty of the Great Wall of China.

Leaving the Badaling area, proceed next to a local restaurant for lunch, followed by the drive to the tranquil valley of the Ming tombs, where 13 of the 16 emperors of the Ming dynasty have been laid to rest. Each tomb is located at the foot of separate hills, linked by a road called shen lu, meaning spirit way, and commonly referred to as the Sacred Way. The four-and-a-half-mile pathway, once forbidden to all but the emperor's funeral procession, leads to Changling, the grand tomb built for Emperor Yongle in 1427. A huge stone tortoise marks the entrance to the famed Avenue of the Animals. Here, lines of statues depicting lions, camels, elephants and mythical beasts stretch the length of the valley. Stroll along the Sacred Way and pause to marvel at these legendary stone guardians. Enter the Changling Tomb, the largest and best-preserved of all the Ming Tombs. Its main components include the Ling En Gate and Ling En Hall, which is the finest example of imperial architecture at the Ming Tombs.

At the end of your Ming Tombs tour, rejoin your coach and head to downtown Beijing. A stop at the Olympic Park on the way back to the hotel enables you to have a view of the 'Bird Nest' and 'Water Cube', Beijing's intriguing landmark structures erected for the 2008 Olympics.

The remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure and dinner is on your own this evening.

Overnight at the Four Seasons Hotel - Beijing.

DAY THREE - Beijing/Xian

After breakfast and check out, depart the hotel and transfer to Beijing's Capital Airport, where a late-morning flight takes you to Xian, home to the famed Terra Cotta Warriors. A boxed lunch is provided.

Upon arrival at Xian Airport, you are met and transferred via coach to the downtown area where major landmarks are on the agenda, including the ancient City Wall and the Great Mosque.

The City Wall's sheer mass, 39 feet (12 meters) high and nearly 9 miles (14 kilometres) long, may explain why the wall is considered the most complete fortified structure still standing. At the Great Mosque, you can admire the pagoda-style architecture of this beautiful building which dates from the Tang Dynasty.

From here, proceed to the deluxe Wyndham Grand Xian for check-in and time to freshen up before departing for the cultural Tang Dynasty Dinner Show.

Overnight at the Wyndham Grand Xian South - Xian.

DAY FOUR - Terra Cotta Warriors/Shanghai

After breakfast and check out, drive to Xian's most famous attraction, the Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, housing one of China's supreme treasures, an army of a life-sized funeral honour guard. The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archaeological excavations of the 20th century. These life size figures arranged in battle formations are modeled on what the imperial guard looked like in those days of pomp and vigor. They were all but forgotten and only rediscovered in 1974. Excavations are still ongoing, with additional pottery soldiers, horses, chariots and even weapons having been unearthed after the initial discovery. Most of them have been restored to their former grandeur. To protect this valuable find, an onsite museum was built, which has become a must-see on any China itinerary.

Enjoy a light Chinese lunch after transferring to the airport for your two-hour flight to Shanghai, where you will rejoin the ship.

3 Nt. Mid-Voyage Land Adventure: Chinese Tradition & Beauty (In-Transit Only)

Hong Kong has long been a curious mix of old and new China; a place where traditional practices thrive alongside more modern approaches. On your full-day in Hong Kong, you have the opportunity to indulge in both. Start with a bit of Tai Chi exercises lead by a Master; spend some time learning about traditional Chinese medicine.

Guilin has always been famous for its scenery; it has been immortalised in numerous literary works as 'the most beautiful place in China.' Cruise down the winding Li Jiang River with its limestone pinnacles as you glide past bamboo groves, boat villages and cormorant fishermen. Visit the Reed Flute Cave to view some of the most extraordinary underground scenery of multi-coloured lighting and fantastic stalactites and stalagmites.

03MIDHKG-K Chinese Tradition & Beauty

Duration: 4 Days / 3 Nights

Departs from: Hong Kong

Re-join ship: Shanghai

Reserve: At least 90 days prior to sailing

This Mid-Voyage Land Adventure requires advance booking through Silversea Reservations 90 days prior to sailing. Requests received after the applicable date may be accommodated on a space-available basis and the programme price is subject to change. Payment in full is due within 120 days prior to sailing. This programme is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of sailing. A minimum number of participants is required to operate this programme.

DAY ONE - HONG KONG

Following disembarkation in Hong Kong, start your day with a relaxing, outdoor Tai Chi session (beginners welcome!) led by a Master. Your session is followed by a short ride on the famous Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island. Your transportation is waiting as you debark the ferry to take you to Aberdeen, known for boat people who call the harbour home, and the wildly popular Jumbo Kingdom, the largest floating restaurant in the world (photo stop only).

Leave the touristic atmosphere of Aberdeen and proceed to the Verandah at the Repulse Bay Hotel for lunch. The hotel was renowned for its British architectural style and during World War II it was used as a hospital by the British forces. It hosted a parade of famous guests from Noel Coward to Marlon Brando, and was the honeymoon destination of Spain's Crown Prince Juan Carlos and Crown Princess Sofia.

This afternoon holds one more introduction to Chinese tradition in the form of traditional medicine. With its roots stretching back thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine is still actively practiced and appreciated here. Learn about some of the key principles and spend a few minutes in private consultation with the practitioner. You are invited to try a 15-minute treatment of your choice of acupuncture, cupping, Gui Sha or herbal steaming.

At the end of your visit, sit back and relax during the transfer to the Kowloon Shangri-La. This evening enjoy the dinner buffet in the hotel and relax in your surroundings as you look forward to further adventures in mainland China.

Overnight at the Kowloon Shangri-La - Hong Kong, China

DAY TWO - HONG KONG / GUILIN

A hearty late breakfast is recommended today before departing for the transfer to to Shangahi Pudong Airport for the 1h 25 flight to Guilin. Arriving in the mid-afternoon, you will complete entry formalities and transfer to the Shangri-La Guilin Hotel. Dinner this evening is served at the hotel. Later, depart the hotel for the short transfer to the pier to watch the extraordinary method of fishing with cormorants.

Fishing with birds is an ancient Chinese tradition. Generations of fishermen have tamed and trained these birds to catch and deliver fish to their owners. Training starts when the young birds are fully grown and feathered. The cormorant plunge into the river and catch fish, they cannot swallow it because their throat is bound by metal collars, (when their work is done the rings are removed so they can eat) and the fishermen sit in stern of the boat to collect the catch. The boats are flat, narrow rafts consisting of five or six large, round bamboo trunks tied together and upturned at the stern. Return to the hotel at the end of the show.

Overnight at the Shangri-La Guilin Hotel - Guilin, China

DAY THREE - GUILIN

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting out for a scenic cruise on the renowned Li River. Have your camera ready for photos of the uniquely shaped limestone peaks, verdant bamboo groves, and idyllic views along the way. The portion of the river you see has been called a "one-hundred-mile natural art gallery". A boxed lunch provided by your hotel can be enjoyed onboard.

Disembark the vessel at Yangshuo and spend some time enjoying the scenic and quiet countryside. This glimpse of Southern China's country life shows you the flora, fauna, rice paddies and small bridges that are not always visited by Western tourists.

From this idyllic setting, board an electric cart for a closer look at country life.

Overnight at the Shangri-La Guilin Hotel - Guilin, China

DAY FOUR - GUILIN / SHANGHAI

Following breakfast at the hotel, board the motorcoach to visit some of the city's most notable highlights. Start with Elephant Trunk Hill, located at the confluence of the Li and Peach Blossom Rivers. It looks like a huge elephant stretching its trunk and drinking water, hence the name. Elephant Trunk Hill is considered by many to be the symbol of Guilin and its karst landscape.

At the end of the morning, stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Then continue on to the Reed Flute Cave, named after the stand of bamboo near its entrance that were used to craft flutes. Inside the cave there are more than 70 inscriptions written in ink, which date back as far as 792 AD in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). These ancient inscriptions tell us that the cave has been an attraction in Guilin for over 1,200 years.

From here, continue on to the airport for the 2h 20 flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, after you have collected your luggage, you are transferred back to Silver Whisper.

Day 2 -Before heading over to the Potala Palace, the religious center of Tibetan Buddhism and former residence of the Dalai Lama, apart from being Lhasa' central attraction, we will visit Ani Tsankhung, a Buddhist nunnery, during their morning prayer. After a private lunch at a garden restaurant close to the Potala Palace, you will then visit all four stories of the Jokhang Temple, considered the holiest of the temples. Circling Jokhang Temple is Barkhor Street where pilgrims perform their devotional rituals. We will end our afternoon with a visit of the Help Blind School to see the rehabilitation and training of the blind population in Tibet. A professor of the Tibet University will give a detailed overview of Tibetan history. This will be followed by a sumptuous welcome dinner. Later, take a stroll up to the top of the God of Medicine Mountain for a night photograph of Potala Palace.

Day 3 -Our first site of the day will be the Drepung Monastery, which once housed several thousand monks. Although only 300 monks permanently reside at Drepung now, it is still one of the most important centers of religious study and training. On the premises of the Norbulingka Summer Palace, the traditional summer residence of the Dalai Lama until 1959, we will have a private lunch specially prepared by the St. Regis Lhasa. During the afternoon we will witness one of the famous "Monk Debates" at Sera Monastery. The monks are usually quite animated, using expressive hand gestures and body language to get their points across.

Once back at the hotel, use the opportunity to unwind during a brief meditation class given by a local monk, before donning traditional Tibetan clothing prepared for you to enjoy a classical and special Tibetan dinner with authentic flavors, fragrances, sounds and sights in authentic garb.

Day 4 -During the morning, we will travel overland to see Yamdrok Yumtso Lake, one of the three largest holy lakes in Tibet. Stunning snow-capped mountains and lush pasturelands surround the lake. This is where we will enjoy a picnic lunch while spectacular scenery surrounds us. On our way to Gyantse Town, some 230 kilometers from Lhasa, we will stop to have a look at the Karola Glacier. A mere 300 meters from the road, the glacier covers an area of 9.4 square kilometers. In Gyantse we will have a look at the Pelkhor Monastery, famous for its Kumbum Pagoda, considered the largest in Tibet. Dinner and overnight will be at the Qomo Langzon Hotel (5*).

Day 5 -Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, before heading out to Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of the Pachen Lama. This is one of the four major gelug monasteries, the "Yellow hat faction" of Buddhism. Although the monastery is small compared to Potala, a huge Maitreya Buddha statue can be found here. Cast in gold and copper, the forehead has 32 diamonds and 1,400 other gems inlaid. From Tashilunpo, head back to Lhasa. The private farewell cocktail and dinner in St. Regis' Tubo Suite will offer superb cuisine and a final panoramic view of the iconic Potala Palace and surrounding Lhasa City. 5NT PRE COUTURE COLLECTION: TIBET WALKING ON THE ROOF OF THE WORLD

Tibet - Walking on the Roof of the World

Ship: Silver Shadow

Voyage Number: 3831PRE

Departure Date: 07 October 2018

Nights: 6 nights

Disembark: Hong Kong

End of Program: Lhasa

Highlights:

· Experience the morning prayer of nuns at Ani Tsankhung, the only nunnery in old Lhasa

· Visit the major monasteries and temples of Tibetan Buddhism -including Jokhang Temple, the holiest

· Watch a lively "Monk Debate" at Sera Monastery

· See one of the three largest holy lakes in Tibet

Itinerary:

Day 1 -Depart Hong Kong today bound for Lhasa. During the transfer from the airport to the hotel you will be briefed about your various activities. Once at the St. Regis Lhasa (5*), relax and get acclimatized to the altitude. In the evening attend a casual but private dinner.

While you enjoy your farewell dinner, a traditional Tibetan band will entertain you.

Day 6 -Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and in due time transfer to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong and embarkation

DAY 2 - GUILIN

DAY 3 - GUILIN/ HONG KONG

Upon arrival and after immigration formalities (please take your passport with you), proceed to your awaiting 'Skyshuttle' helicopter for the short, yet exhilarating, ride to Macau. A Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China, tiny Macau is growing in size, with more buildings, international chains, hotels and casinos on reclaimed land, and in the number of diversity of its attractions. Macau's eclectic blend of old and new landmarks, along with its eastern and western cultures and architecture, make this unique city a beacon for travellers to Asia.

Coastal Drive, Kum Iam Statue, Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Shopping, Tart-Tasting

Upon arrival and after immigration formalities, board a coach for a scenic coastal drive and view the towering Kum Iam Statue. From here, take a guided stroll past the Ruins of St. Paul's. The great craved stone façade of St. Paul's, and its grand staircase, are all that remain of the first Church and College of the Jesuits in China. Built in the early-17th century, a fire destroyed all but the façade in 1835. Continue on to Senado Square, which extends from Senado Square to St. Paul's and is paved with a wave-patterned stone mosaic. A civic hub for centuries, Senado Square is now pedestrianised. Some free time is also made available to browse the local shops for souvenirs, and stop for a tart tasting at a local bakery.

Macao Tower, Café 360, Lunch, A-Ma Temple

Next, re-board your coach and drive to the Macau Tower. This multi-purpose tourist, convention and entertainment facility soars approximately 1,109 feet (about 338 metres) above ground. It is ranked as the tenth-tallest freestanding tower in the world, and eight-tallest in Asia. Upon arrival, the express elevator whisks you up to Café 360, the highest revolving restaurant in Macau. After a buffet lunch with breath-taking panoramic views of the city and surrounds, re-board your coach for the short drive to the A-Ma Temple. The most famous and picturesque temple in Macau, the A-Ma Temple also helped give the city its name. A-Ma consists of prayer pavilions on four levels, and is dedicated to the Taoist Goddess of A-Ma.

Sands Casino, Free Time, Ferry-Ride, Shun Tak Centre, Hong Kong Island

Following your visit, re-board your coach and head to the Sands Casino (or similar), where some free time is made available for you to try your luck at a wide array of casino games. After immigration formalities (please take your passport with you), embark a ferry boat for the approximately one-hour ride back to the Shun Tak Centre on Hong Kong Island.
