Letoon

Next, re-board your coach and proceed for a visit to the archaeological site of Letoon. Rock Tombs and Caunos City

Along the way, a photo stop is made at the ancient rock tombs before continuing on to Caunos. Upon arrival, disembark the boat on the west bank of the river for a guided walking tour of the city. Caunos

Disembark on the west bank of the river, and visit the ancient city of Caunos. Highlights include the Hellenistic fortification and stoa, remains of tower and a gateway on Acropolis Hill, rock-cut Lycian Tombs, Fountain House, Palaestra, Theatre, Byzantine Church and Terrace Temple.

Iztuzu Beach and Lunch

Leaving Caunos, proceed to the lunch venue by boat. En route, pass by Iztuzu Beach, a protected area that serves as a breeding ground of the loggerhead turtle. A stop is made at a local restaurant for a seafood lunch served with local specialities. After lunch, board a coach and commence the approximately one-hour drive back to the pier.
