Depart the pier for the brief transfer to the kayak-launching area at the beach on Cabo San Lucas Bay. After receiving your safety briefing, gear and kayaking lesson, embark your two-person kayak. The rugged coastline, crystal blue water and diverse marine life of Cabo San Lucas Bay make it one of the best places to learn and practice sea kayaking.
Your sea kayaking experience begins with aan easy paddling journey from Cannery beach to El Arco to discover an underwater park and marine sanctuary. Along the way, encounter Los Arcos, a dramatic natural rock monument that rises starkly out of the sea at Land's End. The pristine beaches and towering rock formations offer splendid views.
Next, continue on to the renowned Lovers' Beach, which is only accessible by water and one of the few beaches in the world joining two different oceans. If you wish to explore Cabo San Lucas, it is an easy walk to the tender pier.

Explore Baja California's rugged desert aboard a Jeep Wrangler during this tour. Your destination is La Candelaria - a small oasis village in the middle of the desert.
After being assigned to your vehicle, set out across the desert caravan-style, following your local guide. Along the drive, your guide will introduce you to the local flora and fauna that is indigenous to the Baja region.
There are several working ranches en route to La Candelaria, where herds of cows and goats roam the roads. Keep your camera ready as there are many photo opportunities along the way. Upon arrival, a refreshing snack and local drink is served at the boarding school, which is home to approximately 75 students during the school week. (A portion of your tour cost will be used to purchase supplies and materials for the school).
Continue your vist to the village with a stop at an artisan's studio, who specializing in ceramic pots and watercolor paintings. There are not always samples available for viewing, as the works are in high demand. Back in the convoy, continue your exploration down one of Baja's largest river washes until it reaches the Pacific Ocean.
Beach and Relaxation
At the beach, approximately 20 minutes of free time will be available to comb the beach for shells or just relax and watch the waves crashing on the shore. All too soon, it is time to re-board your vehicle and travel back to the Welcome Station along Baja's famed Highway 1. From here, you will transfer back to the port and your awaiting ship.
