Depart the pier for a transfer to the Pisco Airport where you board your plane for an unforgettable flight over the Nazca Lines.
The Nazca Lines are an amazing series of drawings of animals, geometric figures, and birds ranging up to 1,000 feet in size. Although these incredible drawings are incredible from many viewpoints, the full impact of these mysterious drawings can only be appreciated from the air.
Believed to have been created on the dry Peruvian coastal plain between 200 BC and 700 AD, these mysterious figures and geometric patterns are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The lines show an understanding of sophisticated mathematics and surveying techniques.
After a short comfort break at the airport, return to the pier.
Please note: This tour requires a minimal amount of walking for approximately 200 yards (185 metres) with some steps to climb to embark the transfer vehicle and aircraft. Guests must be able to manoeuvre in and out of a small plane with little assistance. This tour is not suitable for guests who utilise a wheelchair. It is not recommended to guests prone to motion sickness as aircraft may bank and make tight turns. Flying time is approximately 1.5 hours. This tour operates in small 12-seater aircraft and all seats are utilised. Seating is at the discretion of the pilot.
