Itinerary:

Day 1 - Upon arriving at the Barcelona, transfer to your hotel. You will enjoy a welcome dinner at a Michelin restaurant in the city.

Day 2 - After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Girona. Northern Catalonia's largest city, Girona has an abundance of fine museums, galleries and Gothic churches clustered about cobblestone lanes enclosed by medieval walls. Reflections of Modernist mansions shimmer in the Riu Onyar, which divides the historic center on one bank from the gleaming commercial center on the other. Make your way to the Michelin Star restaurant for lunch. Before being seated, you will have the unique opportunity to look into the kitchen and see where the culinary masterpieces are prepared. Visit the Peralada and the castle of the same name. This former residence of the counts of Peralada was constructed in the 14th century and later converted into a palace. Now, it has become even more well-known thanks to its winery, which you will tour and then enjoy a tasting of its extraordinary Catalan Cava. Cross the French border for your overnight stay.

Day 3 - Following breakfast at the hotel, you will transfer to the medieval citadel of Carcassone, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that the locals simply call "La Cité". Perched on a rocky hilltop and featuring zigzag battlements, stout walls and spiky turrets, La Cité looks like a storybook castle, especially from afar. Transfer to the famed wine estate Château de l'Hospitalet. Situated in the heart of the La Clape Massif conservation area and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the Château l'Hospitalet is a peaceful heaven surrounded by a pine forest. Enjoy an inspiring lunch with wine and an enlightening master class. Then, it's on to Guissan to tour the massive sea salt evaporation ponds and sample the local oysters paired with a glass of wine from the Languedoc region.

Day 4 - After breakfast, transfer to Narbonne. Once an important Roman seaport, Narbonne is known for its exceptional architecture such as the cathedral and former archbishops' palace and the thriving marketplace of Les Halles. Meander through the market shops, taking in the aromas and colors. Return to Barcelona, you will visit charming Les Clos de Paulilles, a premium wine estate. You can expect the sights to be breathtaking, as the estate's wines beautifully capture the unique terroir.

Day 5 - After breakfast, enjoy a visit to Casa Vicens. It is A Unesco-listed masterpiece, first opened regularly to the public only in 2017. Then, take a transfer to the famous Park Güell, where you will follow your guide through the paths of this beautiful park. After the visit, continue on to a private house nearby. This stands out from the contemporary architecture, as it is reminiscent of an ancient Catalan country house. Reserved for Club members, you will linger over a magnificent Spanish Paella cooking class prepared by the owner, a master chef. To make it even more special, you will be delighted by the sound of classic Spanish guitar, as a live performance will create the perfect atmosphere for a farewell lunch in Barcelona.

Then, it's on to the airport of Barcelona, for you onward journey home.
