Arriving at Ezeiza International Airport you are met by the local Silversea representative and transferred to the Park Tower Hotel. Following check-in, the balance of the day is at leisure. Dinner is on your own this evening.

DAY 2 - BUENOS AIRES / MENDOZA
Following breakfast this morning, check out and transfer to the Buenos Aires Domestic airport for your flight to Mendoza. Pack a small overnight bag to take with you. The remainder of your luggage will be stored at the hotel until you return to Buenos Aires.
Upon your arrival to Mendoza, your journey through the prestigious wine region starts immediately with a small reception and transfer to the 1st cellar: Matervini. Matervini is dedicated to the exploration of the oldest geologies of Pre-Cordillera and their impact on wine personality and flavors. One of the most extreme vineyards in the country, that uses solar power for all of their energy needs and compost all organic residues.
Continue to El Enemigo, a winery that offers an unique experience outing in which wine and literature are combined. The excellently ranked wines are the treasure of the winery where art and history are the pillars of this great sensory experience. Afterwards stop at Cruzat, a real pioneer in the development of sparkling wine. The perfect location for the winery is picked based on the right altitude, ideal temperature and soils with good drainage.
Around sunset, you will be transferred to Uco Valley to spend the night at Posada Salentein. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Overnight at the Posada Salentein- Mendoza
DAY 3 - MENDOZA
This morning enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your visit to Posada Salentein's Art Gallery and the main bodega. The subterranean bodegas are located 26 feet underground and a constant temperature of 54°F (12°C) with an 80% of humidity and store roughly 5,000 barrels.
Continue to Tempus Alba winery, where the development of wine is based on the genetic selection in hopes that science can further contribute to improve the enological quality of the wines. Next stop is at the Finca Agostino. This Mendocinian-Canadian winery is an elegant mix of old and new that houses its very own extensive vegetable patch and fruit orchard. Select fresh ingredients for the cooking class that will be conducted by the winery's chef. The "hands-on" menu includes cooking your own empanadas and learning hot to cook traditional Argentinian barbecue.
Return to the hotel this evening for dinner at the hote.
Overnight at the Posada Salentein- Mendoza
DAY 4 - MENDOZA/ BUENOS AIRES
Rise this morning and after breakfast, check-out of the hotel. Transfer to the Mendoza airport for your domestic flight back to Buenos Aires. The remainder of your day is at your leisure.

DAY 5 - BUENOS AIRES
Enjoy an early breakfast this morning before being transferred to the pier for your Silversea cruise.
