World Cruise 2012 Terms & Conditions
Information contained on this website does not form part of any offer or contract. The transportation of guests and baggage on Silversea vessels is provided solely by Silversea and is governed by the terms and conditions printed on the Passage Contract. The Passage Contract will be included with your travel documents, is available upon request, or can be accessed through our website at Silversea.com, and contains complete and important information regarding cancellations, itineraries, Silversea’s liability, health and immigration requirements, and other relevant terms and conditions. By making a deposit or payment for a reservation you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Passage Contract.
Fares quoted are cruise-only, in U.S. dollars, per guest, based on double occupancy and reflect the highest savings available for each voyage, including an additional 5% Extended Voyage Savings on applicable voyages. Venetian Society member fares for the full World Cruise 2012 or for the featured segments may vary from fares shown, contingent upon the member's total number of days traveled with Silversea. Detailed fare information will be confirmed at time of reservation. Single supplements start from 50% above the double occupancy fare and may vary by category. Port charges, government fees and taxes are included. Silver Savings fares reflect the best available prices for our voyages; are capacity controlled; and are likely to increase as the sailing date approaches. Savings may vary by category, may not be available in all categories and are not combinable with certain other promotional offers. Savings do not apply to Silver Sky Air Programme, hotel, Silver Shore Land Adventures, or port charges and government fees. Other restrictions may apply.
Silversea makes every effort to adhere to the specifics shown in this or any publication, however circumstances may necessitate variations. All information, fares, savings, offers, itineraries, ports of call, and programmes are subject to change without notice. Voyage Highlights, Excursions and Enrichment Programme Speakers shown are subject to change and/or cancellation without prior notice. For additional details plus complete Terms and Conditions, please contact your travel professional or visit Silversea.com. Silversea is not liable for any representation, act or omission by the guest’s Travel Agent, as they are considered to be the agent of the guest(s) and not of Silversea. Ship’s registry: Bahamas. SHIPBOARD ACCOUNT: Upon embarkation, guests will be asked to register their VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or JCB credit card number and expiration date, which must be valid through the final day of their voyage. All charges for services provided and products purchased onboard must be settled in cash, by cheque (USD funds), or above listed credit card at the end of each voyage segment and before final disembarkation from the ship.
SILVER SKY® AIR PROGRAMME: Offered from select U.S. and Canadian gateways, including roundtrip air plus applicable transfers between airport/pier on day of embark/debark except when travelling one-way, deviating or unless otherwise specified by Silversea. For a limited time, guests purchasing the 115-Day Full World Cruise and adding the optional Silver Sky Air Programme to their booking will receive Complimentary Business Class Air (“Promotional Air Package”). Business Class Air is defined as U.S. domestic First Class and international/transoceanic Business Class. Due to limited air availability, Business Class Air may not be available at time of booking in which case Economy Class will be substituted. On other select voyages Silversea offers Free Economy and Specially Priced Air (“Promotional Air Packages”). All Promotional Air Packages are: (1) valid for full fare cruise guests booking/purchasing the applicable Air Package for roundtrip travel via Silversea’s Preferred Airline Partners, (2) capacity controlled and subject to availability, (3) limited to specific gateways and airlines, (4) applicable to first and second fullfare guests per suite only. Promotional Air Packages may not apply to one-way travel, multiple voyage combinations, group escorts, friends and family or any other reduced rate or non-revenue type cruise fare. Silversea may choose to withdraw or modify Promotional Air Package offers at any time without advance notice. Silversea reserves the right to request full payment of the Airfare at anytime. Once airline tickets are issued, or within 90-days of scheduled departure, penalties apply for cancellation. Changes made to travel dates or flight itinerary will be subject to fees (refer to Deviation and Administrative Fees at Silversea.com). All other Terms and Conditions of the Silver Sky Air Programme apply. Refer to Silversea.com for complete details.
AIR CREDIT: Cruise-only guests may request an “Air Credit” discount at the time of initial booking. Air Credit is not combinable with certain promotional offers and may not be applied to booking after travel has commenced. Air Credit applies to the first and second full-fare guests in a suite only, not applicable to third and fourth guests. Guests opting to book consecutive voyages, whether on the same booking or separately will receive the highest single-voyage Air Credit offered per the combination booked. The amount of the Air Credit is predetermined, varies by destination, subject to change at Silversea’s sole discretion and will be deducted from the Silver Savings fare. Air Credit is combinable with the standard non-promotional Silver Sky Air Package fares.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: To reserve a suite on the 115-Day World Cruise 2012, Fort Lauderdale to Monte Carlo, or any voyage segment, a 25% deposit of the total cruise fare is required. Some countries require passports to be valid six months beyond intended stay. Please check with the appropriate consulate for specific requirements.
