Jeffrey Weinberg is recognized in the U.S. and the U.K. for his unique insights into the U.S. presidency from the vantage points of both an academic and a practitioner. He has taught graduate courses and lectured on the presidency at universities in both countries. Beginning with President Ford, he has served as a legislative attorney at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Executive Office of the President during each of the last seven Presidential Administrations.
As a Fulbright Distinguished Scholar, at the University of London, in the spring of 2008, he was a guest lecturer on the presidency at universities around the U. K., including Cambridge, Glasgow, the London School of Economics , and Oxford. For more than 12 years, he has taught graduate courses on the presidency and the Executive Branch as an adjunct professor at George Washington University. He also lectures frequently to Federal executives for Georgetown University’s Government Affairs Institute.
