Silversea Makes It Easier For Canadian Travel Retailers To Tap The Luxury Cruise Market

(Ft. Lauderdale, FL -- June 26, 2007) Starting July 1, travel agents throughout Canada will have direct access to Silversea Cruises' reservations and sales teams, making it easier than ever to reserve ultra-luxury cruise vacations for their high-end clients. The move will eliminate the need for agencies to work with an appointed wholesaler, and enhance the company's ability to provide comprehensive sales support and product training to its retail travel partners in Canada.

"We're always looking for ways to better serve the Canadian marketplace," said Marilyn Conroy, Silversea's senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Americas. "Canada is a growing market for us and we want to do everything possible to support this growth and provide a highly personalized relationship with each of our travel partners."

To provide that support, Silversea has a team of regional sales directors and account executives in place to educate and assist each agent that sells its cruises, whether that agent is home-based or in a brick-and-mortar agency.
