A researcher, photographer, author, and professional speaker, Pat Kramer has designed a dynamic series of picture- and sound-filled presentations for our cruise.

Renowned for their extensive insights, valued appraisals, knowledge of wildlife, “blue-sky” photographs, and absorbing perspectives into “what makes this place tick?”, Pat’s fourteen published guidebooks – including five Insight Guides – have given tens of thousands of travelers the information they need to get the most from destinations in many parts of the world.

A member of the International Glaciological Society and a regular presenter to both general and academic audiences, Pat’s research has covered subjects as varied as the first Americans, Inca mummies in the Andes, the identification of whale sounds, and issues relating to global warming.
