USE OF WEB SITE, REGISTRATION, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You may only use this site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts.

When you register with Silversea.com, you will create a password in completing the registration process and will provide us with certain information.  It is your responsibility to provide us with true and accurate information during the registration process.  We will not verify the truth, accuracy or completeness of your information and we expressly disclaim any liability in connection therewith.  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account.  It is also your sole obligation to immediately notify Silversea of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases.  You may not use this site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.  We may at any time and without advance notice or liability terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of this site.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Silversea makes no representation or warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of the information contained in this site.  Silversea reserves the right to change, add or remove portions of these terms at any time at our discretion.  You many check these terms periodically for changes.  Your continued use of Silversea.com subsequent to the revisions of these terms means you accept those changes.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a voyage is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, Silversea shall have the right to refuse or cancel any booking made at the incorrect price.  Silversea shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such bookings whether or not the booking has been confirmed and credit card charged.  If a credit card has already been charged for the booking and the booking is cancelled, Silversea shall issue a credit to the credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

PASSAGE CONTRACT

The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo will be subject to the terms and conditions contained in Silversea’s Passage Contract which may been on Silversea’s Web site.  Other services and products described in this Web site will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the Passage Contract or a third party provider’s own terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER
