DR. RICHARD ATKINS has served widely as a speaker or consultant on international relations for television, radio, newspapers and public affairs organizations. He has also published in his fields of specialisation. He now heads an academic consulting organisation and continues to write and lecture. During the last several decades, Dr. Atkins has travelled, lived and studied in more than 100 countries on nearly every continent. In recent years, he has been all over the world, offering lectures for Silversea focusing on history, culture and current events.
