Maestro DAVID ITKIN is Music Director and Conductor of the Abilene Philharmonic as well as the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Maestro Itkin’s international career includes recent concerts and recordings with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra in Canada and the Slovenska Filhamonija in Slovenia. Guest conducting engagements include concerts with the Seoul Philharmonic, the San Diego Symphony and the Colorado Philharmonic. Twice nominated for the Pulitzer Prize as a composer (“Jonah” [2001], and “Exodus” [2006]), Mr. Itkin’s first film score premieres with the 2007 release of “Sugar Creek”. His onboard discussion topics include: “Danish Composers in the 20th Century”, “Grieg’s Norway” and “The German Legacy”.

CHRISTOPHER GREEN, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, has been teaching all things culinary for the past 10 years. A former newspaper editor, Green attended L’Academie de Cuisine in Washington, DC, for his French culinary training and later managed the school's non-professional training program after working in several area restaurants and as a private chef for many diplomatic families. He taught more than 1,700 cooking classes for companies such as Sur la Table in Scottsdale, Arizona, before joining Viking Cooking School in Memphis, Tennessee.
