The Viking Cooking School Aboard Silversea: Hosted by Riki Senn
RIKI SENN creates, writes and edits curriculum for Viking Cooking School locations throughout the United States, and assists with operations. A 25-year veteran of the culinary industry, Ms. Senn has been both chef and partner in two restaurants, a chef for a restaurant development company, and a fine dining chef at the world-renowned Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. In addition to her responsibilities at Viking, Riki is a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
