Located in Ste-Adèle, Québec, Anne’s restaurant has earned multiple Québec Tourism Grand Prix gold medals, the award of Four Diamonds by CAA (AAA), and the Award of Excellence DIRON. Renowned for her strong belief in the quality of regional specialities, Anne has been called the best chef in Canada by the New York Times, was honoured as the chef of America’s Top Tables by Gourmet magazine, and was recently awarded the prix Renaud-Cyr. Anne is also the author a new cookbook Anne Desjardins Cooks at L'Eau à la Bouche: The Seasonal Cuisine of Québec, which garnered the Gourmand World Cookbook Award in 2003.
