lines in an exclusive, personalized, luxurious yet cozy setting.
Silversea is noted for European cuisine, but was able to accommodate
our preference for Asian cuisine as well. For a new product launch, we organized
a yoga class on board but did not know the level of the participants or the
instructor’s style. Fortunately, the Instructor was very open-minded and
tailor-made a class for the team.
Mary Kay hosted a gala night off board in Monaco. Due to F1 race season,
there were many restrictions but Silversea was even able to relocate the Silver Cloud to be docked in Quai
instead of anchoring off Monte Carlo’s main port, affording easy access to Mary
Kay ladies who were in ball gowns and heels.
Silversea created an itinerary exclusively for Mary Kay including
Barcelona, Mallorca, Nice, Monaco , Livorno and Rome. Each day there was an
organized city highlights tour and every evening dinners of different cuisine
(European, Chinese, Korean and International) were served, followed by shows
and after-dinner parties and bonding that continued.
Our Mary Kay gala dinner is a significant evening for all attendees as
it’s the official recognition evening. Although dinner was not hosted on board,
Silversea was impeccable in its transportation organization and most
touchingly, they had done a special welcome back when the group returned from
the dinner, with a fanfare and handmade pink Mary Kay signage! That was the
highlight! Extra mile and touching hearts!
